The property has sweeping views overlooking the estuary. It is located in a private cul-de-sac. 1.5 km from the beach, in the seaside village of Kleinemonde. About 15 km outside of Port Alfred.

Kleinemonde is popular for its pristine white sand beaches and two saltwater lagoons which offer excellent opportunities for fishing, swimming, canoeing, birdwatching and boating.

The house is fully equipped for self-catering. Offers unlimited Wi-Fi internet including Netflix and Showmax TV Streaming.
